Rose and her husband spent two decades growing Resource Health Services from one branch to five cities, and built a family office out of it. As Director of Nursing she uses that experience to oversee care plans and staff nurses.

Chioma has run operations at Resource Health Services since 2010, and built Chi’s Nest after her own first baby, when she could not find what she needed. As Managing Director she matches every household to its Director.
